Davis County Hospital's Laboratory is a full service laboratory providing 24 hour coverage, 365 days a year.

We offer:

• Routine and Specialty blood tests and body fluids

• Urine drug screen collections -- D.O.T and Non-D.O.T.

• Wellness programs

• Outpatient labs and clinics

• Emergency room

• Inpatient labs

Davis County Hospital has well qualified staff operating state of the art medical equipment. The lab is  Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) certified and Medicare approved.

Hours:

Monday -Friday 6:00 a.m.--8:00 p.m. 

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 6:00 a.m.--2:30 p.m.

and are "on call" for after lab hours.
